After clinching his first Mountain West outdoor title in seven years and leading 14 athletes to the NCAA West Regional, head coach Brian Bedard was dubbed the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association's (USTFCCCA) Women's Coach of the Year in the Mountain Region on Monday.
